Enamorándonos was a dating reality show announced for Univision and UniMás in 2019. Its format brought 24 single contestants together in search of matches—and let viewers call in to seek dates with contestants they liked.
What was Enamorándonos?
People en Español described Enamorándonos—rendered as “Falling in Love”—as a new Latinx dating show in a feature published on August 28, 2019. The feature said it was set to debut September 8 on Univision and UniMás. Those are launch-era details, not confirmation that the series is currently airing or available to stream.

The announced premise put 24 single contestants in search of love matches, with the possibility that their stories might find a happy ending—or not. Co-host Rafael Araneda summed up the uncertainty in the feature: “Anything can happen on this show,” adding that the stories could “either have happy endings or end in oblivion, just like it happens in real life.”
How did the matchmaking format work?
Contestants looked for matches
The central group was 24 single contestants seeking potential partners. The program was designed to follow their attempts to make connections rather than present matchmaking as a guaranteed route to a relationship.

Viewers could try to get a date
The format also invited television viewers to call in and try to get a date with a contestant they liked. Univision executive Jessica Rodríguez described viewers as potential participants in the love stories, not only as audience members. That hotline detail belongs to the show’s 2019 launch description; it should not be treated as a current number or invitation to participate.
Dates were followed on camera
Host Ana Patricia Gámez and co-host Rafael Araneda were named as the presenters helping singles find matches. Cuban host Roberto Hernández was described as a “love correspondent”: he would follow contestants on dates and report on their chemistry or on the awkwardness of difficult first dates. The planned show also included a live audience and musical performances.
Who hosted the show?
- Ana Patricia Gámez: Co-host helping contestants seek matches. She told People en Español, “It’s hard to find true love nowadays, and we all have that hope of finding that fairy tale that we see in romantic movies like The Notebook.”
- Rafael Araneda: Co-host alongside Gámez. He characterized the outcomes as unpredictable, saying stories might end happily or “in oblivion.”
- Roberto Hernández: The “love correspondent,” assigned to follow dates and report on how they went.

What do the marriage and birth figures mean?
The feature reported that a Univision press release cited more than 500 marriages and more than 200 births associated with the format in other countries, including Germany, Mexico, Colombia, and Turkey. The figures were not presented as outcomes from the US series, and the underlying press release was not independently reviewed. They should therefore be understood as figures attributed to the format internationally—not as a verified tally for Enamorándonos in the United States.

The 2019 launch feature names Univision and UniMás as the planned broadcast homes, but it does not establish current broadcast, streaming, or episode availability. It is not enough to identify where the series can be watched today, so no current viewing service or platform can be confirmed from that account.
