KFC Canada announced a limited-time menu collaboration with chef Matty Matheson on January 19, 2026. The launch included sliders, a sandwich, poutine and a feast, plus weekly secret items for KFC app users. Whether any of the collaboration items are still available is unconfirmed.
What was on the KFC Matty Matheson menu?
KFC Canada described the menu as a nationwide limited-time launch at participating restaurants and through its app. The announcement named four main items and promised weekly app-exclusive secret menu drops.

The announcement also promised weekly Matty-approved secret items exclusive to the KFC app, but did not provide a complete list. Its quoted description from Matheson was: “This menu combines my KFC favourites cranked all the way up and I’m stoked that I get to share it with everyone.”
When did the collaboration launch?
KFC Canada said the menu launched nationwide on January 19, 2026, for a limited time at participating locations and through the KFC app. The announcement framed the collaboration as Matheson’s indulgent style paired with KFC chicken. KFC Canada senior marketing manager Jordan Sequeira said, “Matty is a Canadian culinary icon, so partnering with him for KFC Canada just felt right.”
