Miguel agrees to enter the fight
In the flashback described by Dexerto, Miguel initially refuses Yuta’s request. Larue persuades him to help after Sukuna has been worn down by his fight with Gojo. The present-day battle then shows Miguel evading Sukuna’s slashes while Larue supports him.

The official Japanese Shonen Jump+ page identifies the installment as “第255話 人外魔境新宿決戦㉗” (Chapter 255, Shinjuku Showdown, Part 27) and credits Gege Akutami: Shonen Jump+.
