Later sightings are separate outings
Santa Monica, August 2, 2026
In a separate report published August 3, 2026, E! News described Garner and Miller on a rare date night in Santa Monica the previous day. The accessible report describes Garner placing a hand on Miller’s back as they walked to dinner. It says she wore a light-gray crewneck sweater, white cropped jeans, and matching sneakers, while Miller wore a sage-green button-down, light-blue jeans, and dark-brown boots. These are not the outfits from the October 2024 Brentwood Park photos.
Later sightings in September 2026
ELLE’s September 9, 2026, timeline also reports a casual outing over Labor Day weekend in September 2026, during which the pair embraced. That is another distinct sighting, not the October 2024 hand-holding event.

Are Jennifer Garner and John Miller still together?
Recent sightings reported in 2026 place them together, including the August Santa Monica date and the September outing. ELLE says they have been linked since 2018, reportedly split in 2020, and reconciled in 2021. Those relationship milestones are reported background, not a first-person account or confirmation from the couple.
Who is Jennifer Garner’s boyfriend, John Miller?
Harper’s Bazaar describes Miller as a California-based businessman, attorney, and entrepreneur, with leadership roles at Cali Group and PopID. That profile provides context for Miller; it does not establish further details about the couple’s private life.

Have they confirmed an engagement?
