The seafood selection changes with daily supply. Broadsheet gives scallops, salmon, tuna and octopus as examples of what may appear, not a fixed or guaranteed list. Ask what is available that day if you are choosing sushi or sashimi.
What should you order?
Sushi and sashimi make sense if the preparation at the bar is part of the appeal, but the menu extends beyond raw seafood. The Good Food Guide lists beef tataki, tempura, agedashi tofu, chawanmushi and chicken karaage among the restaurant’s Japanese dishes. For a shared meal, you can balance sushi with cooked plates; ask staff what suits the group and what is available on the day.

The guide’s prompt, “Need some guidance about what to order here?”, is apt: daily seafood supply and menu availability mean a recommendation from the team is more useful than relying on an old menu or review. The Good Food Guide listing also describes local seafood and imported Japanese sake, though neither should be read as a guarantee of a particular item at a particular sitting.
Is sake central to the meal?
Sake is a notable feature, with choices for diners who want to explore rather than commit to a single bottle. The Good Food Guide highlights three sake flights with tasting notes; Broadsheet describes hot and cold sake and a tasting set. Ask staff to explain current options and suggest a pairing for the food you order. Specific bottles and availability can change, so older drink lists are not a reliable guide to what is being poured now.

How to book and plan your visit
The restaurant is at Shop 2, 182 James Street, Northbridge, WA 6003. Its official booking page lists dinner service as follows and says sittings are limited to two hours:

Hours and booking terms can change. Check the official booking page or call the restaurant before setting out. Reservations are available online or by phone. The page notes that availability may still exist when the online system shows none, so calling is worth trying if your preferred time is unavailable online.

The booking page also says sushi-bar reservations are not accepted for children and that cancellations within 24 hours are charged. Confirm the current wording and any applicable details with the venue when you book, especially if either policy affects your plans.
