PerthNow reported on 6 March 2025 that OnlyFans creator Lily Phillips said she had visited her “oldest fan” at a care home. Later coverage challenged whether the scene was really filmed in a care home: The Tab concluded it was staged on a set, while Pedestrian.TV said it could not be completely certain. The reports do not establish what happened off camera or whether any actual residents were involved.
What did Lily Phillips say about visiting her “oldest fan”?
In its 6 March 2025 account, PerthNow said Phillips had posted four videos from an apparent visit and attributed the visit details to her TikTok. In one quoted statement, she said: “I found my oldest fan via Facebook.” PerthNow also quoted her saying: “When I asked for his address he actually sent me the address of a care home, so I am actually here with him and his friends and I’m going to show them a good time.”
Those lines document what PerthNow attributed to Phillips’s videos; they do not independently confirm that the location was a functioning nursing home or that the visit happened as described. The Tab’s 7 March report also attributed to Phillips an intention to do “charity work” by visiting care homes and meeting older fans. That is her reported rationale, not a verified account of her motive.
Why did later reports question whether the care-home scene was real?
On 11 March 2025, The Tab challenged the apparent setting. It identified one of the men as adult performer Jake Jacobs, also known as Jay Crew, and concluded that the care-home scene was filmed on a set. The Tab said it contacted Phillips’s representative for comment; its reviewed report did not include a response.

Pedestrian.TV, writing on 13 March 2025, also discussed the staging allegation but explicitly said it could not be completely certain. It said it could not find the cited comments on the TikTok videos when it checked. That qualification matters: the coverage includes The Tab’s reported investigation and conclusion, alongside another account that preserves uncertainty.
Was the nursing-home visit fake?
The available reports do not settle that question as an independently verified fact. PerthNow relayed Phillips’s presentation of the visit; The Tab later reported that the scene was staged on a set; Pedestrian.TV cautioned that it could not be completely certain. The most accurate description is that the care-home authenticity was disputed in subsequent reporting, with The Tab reaching a staging conclusion that Pedestrian.TV did not treat as certain.
Rank #2
None of the reviewed accounts establishes what happened off camera, whether sexual activity occurred, or whether any actual care-home residents were involved. The video premise and the reported staging claim should not be used to infer those details.
