Reports published August 21, 2025, said the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner determined that adult film performer Kylie Page died from the effects of fentanyl and cocaine. Her death was classified as accidental, according to reporting by TMZ and Complex.

Complex reported that Page had worked with Vixen Media and Brazzers. Brazzers, in a statement reproduced by Complex, said: “The Brazzers team is deeply saddened to learn of Kylie Page’s passing. Kylie will be remembered for her laughter, kindness and bringing light wherever she went.” The report did not identify an individual speaker.
