What injury did he have?
The cited reports do not identify the injury or provide a diagnosis. Timberlake’s public explanation was that he was injured and unable to perform; claims about a specific condition or lasting medical effects are not established by those reports.
Was the Newark concert rescheduled?
Yes. Timberlake announced on October 10 that the concert would take place on October 15, 2024. The Prudential Center said existing tickets would be honored and advised ticket holders to check their email for updates, according to CBS News New York. Those instructions concerned the 2024 event and are not current ticket guidance.

Which tour and album was the show part of?
The Newark date was part of Timberlake’s Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which promoted his album Everything I Thought It Was, released in March 2024, the Los Angeles Times reported. A later postponement of six tour dates was attributed to bronchitis and laryngitis; that was a separate episode from the October 8 Newark postponement, as covered by the Los Angeles Times.
