Architectural Digest reported on December 30, 2025, that Mark Wahlberg resides in Las Vegas. In 2025, he also bought a luxury estate in Delray Beach, Florida, but that purchase does not establish that he moved there or that it replaced Las Vegas as his primary residence. His former Beverly Park mansion in California is no longer his: he sold it in 2023.
Where does Mark Wahlberg live now?
As of Architectural Digest’s December 30, 2025 report, Wahlberg’s reported residence was Las Vegas, Nevada. The report does not identify his home’s address or establish whether he occupies any particular Las Vegas property today. The available reporting should be read as a dated account, not as independent confirmation of his residence after December 2025. Architectural Digest’s report describes a move to Nevada and a later purchase in Florida, but does not say the Florida property replaced Las Vegas as his primary residence.
Why did he move from California to Nevada?
Wahlberg relocated his family from California to Nevada in 2022. The Los Angeles Times reported that he described the move as a chance for a fresh start and a better life for his children. Architectural Digest’s account says the family initially bought a Summit Club townhouse for $14.5 million, then sold it the following year for $16.6 million. It also reports that they bought and later sold a vacant 2.5-acre Nevada parcel.
Wahlberg characterized the townhouse as temporary and said the plan was to build a studio and family home. The reviewed accounts do not identify the address or establish the details of a completed Las Vegas home, so the townhouse and vacant parcel should not be mistaken for confirmed current residences. The Los Angeles Times report covers the move alongside the sale of his former California estate.

What is the Florida estate, and does it mean he moved?
In 2025, Wahlberg bought Palazzo di Lago, a furnished estate in Delray Beach, Florida’s gated Stone Creek Ranch community. Realtor.com reported a $37 million purchase price and described an 18,206-square-foot property with seven bedrooms. Its amenities include a theater, cigar lounge, wine cellar, gym, sauna, guesthouse and resort-style pool. Realtor.com’s purchase report provides those property details.
The Florida purchase is evidence that he acquired another home, not proof that he made Delray Beach his primary residence. Architectural Digest’s December 2025 report still identifies Las Vegas as his residence; the available accounts do not establish whether he presently occupies the Florida estate.

What happened to his Beverly Park mansion?
Wahlberg’s much-publicized Beverly Park estate is a former home, not his current residence. He sold it in February 2023 for $55 million, after listing it for $87.5 million. The Los Angeles Times described the French-inspired estate as 30,500 square feet, with 12 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms and 6.2 acres. It featured a two-story library, theater, wine cellar, gym, driving range, skate park, grotto-style pool, five-hole golf course and Celtics-themed basketball court. The Times’ sale coverage details the property and transaction.
In June 2025, Paris Hilton bought the former Wahlberg estate for a reported $63.1 million, according to Realtor.com. Its later sale to Hilton further confirms that Beverly Park should not be described as Wahlberg’s present home.
How his reported homes fit into the timeline
- 2001–2013: Architectural Digest says Wahlberg reportedly paid $5 million for a Beverly Hills home in 2001, renovated it over the next two years and sold it in 2013 for $10.3 million. The property had a five-bedroom main house and a separate two-bedroom guesthouse. It returned to the market in August 2025 with an asking price of $21.8 million at the time of Architectural Digest’s report; this is historical property context, not evidence of his current residence.
- 2009–2023: He bought the land for the Beverly Park estate in 2009 for $8.25 million and commissioned architect Richard Landry. The mansion sold in 2023, ending its relevance as a current home.
- 2022 onward: He moved his family from California to Nevada. Reports describe an initial townhouse and a vacant land purchase, both later sold, alongside plans for a family home and studio.
- 2025: He bought the Delray Beach estate while Architectural Digest continued to report Las Vegas as his residence.
Architectural Digest also reproduced Wahlberg’s 2013 comments about working with Landry on the Beverly Park mansion. Those remarks concern the design of that former home, not where Wahlberg lives now. Read Architectural Digest’s account of his property history.
