No. Liv Morgan was not a surprise entrant in the 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble: she entered at No. 14 and went on to win. WWE described Tiffany Stratton, who entered at No. 30, as the returning competitor.
Was Liv Morgan a surprise entrant?
No. WWE’s official results list Morgan as the No. 14 entrant in the 30-person Women’s Royal Rumble on January 31, 2026, in Saudi Arabia. That makes “return” and “surprise entrant” different claims: WWE’s match account records her place in the field but does not describe her entrance as a surprise. How did Morgan win the match?
Morgan won by eliminating Tiffany Stratton. Sol Ruca was the third competitor in the final sequence; Stratton eliminated Ruca before Morgan eliminated Stratton. WWE said Morgan had outlasted the other 29 Superstars. WWE’s February 2 Raw coverage
Which competitors were identified as returning?
WWE specifically framed Stratton as the returning No. 30 entrant. Brie Bella also returned at No. 29, according to WWE’s match narrative. Those descriptions apply to those competitors, not to Morgan’s No. 14 entrance.

WWE also said she and Nattie were the only competitors to appear in all nine Women’s Royal Rumble Matches.
What happened after the Rumble?
In its February 2 Raw preview, WWE described Morgan as returning to Raw after her victory. That post-match return to the show is separate from whether she was a surprise entrant in the Rumble itself.
