Where the couple were reported to stay
Elite Daily reported on May 17, 2024, that Swift and Kelce were staying at Villa Sola Cabiati in Tremezzo, on Lake Como, during a pause in the tour’s international schedule. That is an outlet’s contemporaneous account, not an official confirmation from the couple or the property. Elite Daily’s May 2024 report

What Villa Sola Cabiati is like
Grand Hotel Tremezzo describes Villa Sola Cabiati as a Neoclassical lakeside villa with six suites and a capacity of up to 12 guests. Its listed amenities include a private pool, gardens, a private jetty, staff, and a private chef. The property is presented as a full-service private residence rather than simply a hotel room. A historic interior
The hotel says the villa’s roots extend to the 16th century and that it was acquired by the Dukes of Serbelloni in the 18th century. The hotel also highlights frescoes by the school of Tiepolo, original terrazzo floors, antiques and hand-crafted Murano chandeliers. These are details of the property’s history and design, not evidence about what the couple did during their reported stay.

What is—and is not—verified about their week
The available contemporaneous account supports the reported location and the tour-break context. It does not establish the headline-level details about romantic meals or late-night walks. No attributable statement from Swift, Kelce or a named hotel representative about the visit is available in the reporting reviewed here. Accordingly, those scenes should not be presented as confirmed events.
What the reported price figures mean
Elite Daily’s May 2024 article cited an estimated rate of about $10,200 per night, a three-night minimum and at least $76,000 for a week, and noted that some websites showed rates as high as $21,000 per night. Those were historical media-reported figures, not current quotes or guaranteed booking terms.
Rank #2
Haute Retreats displayed $11,300 per night for dates beginning in October 2026 when accessed on October 8, 2026. This is a dated third-party listing snapshot, not a guaranteed quote or necessarily the hotel’s direct rate; availability and terms can change. Haute Retreats’ Villa Sola Cabiati listing
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. How to inquire about staying there
Grand Hotel Tremezzo provides an inquiry route on its official Villa Sola Cabiati page. Haute Retreats says the villa is exclusively available to guests of Grand Hotel Tremezzo and describes a three-night minimum for events. Event minimums do not necessarily establish the minimum for a private stay, so prospective guests should confirm availability, rates, length-of-stay requirements and booking conditions directly with the hotel.
