La familia de Angélica Jaramillo anunció en octubre de 2024 que la había llevado a un centro de rehabilitación en Medellín. En noviembre, la actriz dijo que ingresó contra su voluntad y que salió del lugar el 3 de noviembre. La familia ofreció otra explicación sobre el traslado. La cobertura publicada recoge versiones enfrentadas, pero no las verifica de forma independiente ni permite establecer cuál es su situación actual.
Por qué la familia dijo que la llevó al centro
El 13 de octubre de 2024, El País informó que Laura Jaramillo, hermana de Angélica, estaba en Medellín para llevarla a un centro de rehabilitación. Laura explicó que los intentos de acompañarla en familia no habían funcionado y que, después de que el caso se hiciera público, la situación había empeorado. Se trata de la explicación de Laura, no de una evaluación clínica independiente. El País, 13 de octubre de 2024.
El Tiempo también informó el 14 de octubre que la familia había viajado a Medellín. En ese momento, el medio señaló que no tenía más información sobre el proceso o el estado de Angélica. En agosto, el periódico había reportado que ella dijo en una transmisión de Instagram que llevaba varios años consumiendo drogas. Ese relato público no equivale a un diagnóstico clínico. Qué dijo Angélica Jaramillo sobre su ingreso y su salida
En una entrevista con Vicky Dávila publicada por SEMANA el 8 de noviembre de 2024, Jaramillo afirmó que la llevaron contra su voluntad. Situó su salida del centro el 3 de noviembre y describió el ingreso y su estancia desde su propia perspectiva. La versión de la familia sobre el traslado
En un comunicado compartido por Sofía Jaramillo y reproducido por SEMANA, la familia dijo que había intentado seguir indicaciones profesionales y que se prescribió un medicamento para ayudar a Angélica a descansar durante el traslado. Jaramillo contó una versión distinta sobre el uso del medicamento y las circunstancias de su ingreso.
