Axios’s schedule report placed Hogan in the 7:30–8 p.m. Central Time block and Trump’s address at 9 p.m. Central Time. Those were scheduled times, not confirmation of the precise minute either man took the stage; the report cautioned that the event schedule could change.
What Hogan said and did
Hogan did appear at the convention on July 18, 2024. He endorsed Trump and tore off his T-shirt to reveal a Trump-Vance campaign shirt, the Associated Press reported in its account of the two men’s relationship. Hogan said the attempt on Trump’s life at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, days earlier had prompted his support.
