Watch Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba in this order: Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc, one version of Mugen Train, Entertainment District Arc, Swordsmith Village Arc, Hashira Training Arc, then Infinity Castle I. For Mugen Train, the film is the streamlined option; its seven-episode TV adaptation adds a new Rengoku mission and other material.
What order should I watch Demon Slayer in before Infinity Castle?
- Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc — the first TV arc.
- Mugen Train — choose the feature film or the seven-episode TV adaptation.
- Entertainment District Arc.
- Swordsmith Village Arc.
- Hashira Training Arc.

Which Mugen Train version should I watch?
Either version takes you from the Unwavering Resolve Arc to the Entertainment District Arc. You do not need to watch both to follow the main story.
| Version | Format | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Feature film | One movie | A streamlined feature-length presentation of the arc. |
| TV adaptation | Seven episodes | Opens with a new Kyojuro Rengoku mission and includes 70 new scenes, additional music, previews, and new theme songs. |
The official Mugen Train Arc introduction describes the TV edition as a seven-episode adaptation connecting the first TV arc to Entertainment District. Choose the film for the more direct route, or the TV version if you want its extra episode and additions. The official production announcement says: “We truly hope fans will enjoy both the film and TV version of the Mugen Train Arc.”

Do I need to watch the World Tour event films?
No. To the Swordsmith Village and To the Hashira Training were World Tour theatrical screenings listed separately from the corresponding full TV arcs. For a home watch-through, go directly to the complete Swordsmith Village Arc and Hashira Training Arc; the event screenings are optional compilations or previews, not additional required story installments.
Where can I watch Infinity Castle I?
Availability depends on country and can change. In the United States, the official site lists the theatrical release date as September 12, 2025. An official announcement dated July 3, 2026 says Infinity Castle I became available on Crunchyroll and digital retailers on July 28, 2026. The official digital page lists Apple TV, Google Play, Amazon, and Fandango; buying digitally grants a limited license to access the content, not permanent ownership. Netflix Tudum reported on September 28, 2026 that the movie was streaming on Netflix.
Check your local catalog for current availability. A digital purchase and a streaming subscription are different ways to access the film, and neither listing should be assumed to apply in every territory.
