Yes—Sinitta is named among Hull City’s notable supporters. A Hull City A.F.C. encyclopedia article says a former boyfriend from the Hull area persuaded her to follow the club. The same article also lists Tom Courtenay, Omar Sharif, John Prescott and Stephen Malkmus, though the list should be treated as reported names rather than a complete or freshly verified roll of supporters.
Is Sinitta a Hull City fan?
Sinitta appears on the notable-supporter list in the Hull City A.F.C. article. It says she began following the club after an ex-boyfriend from the area encouraged her to support Hull. That account identifies her connection to the team; it does not establish whether she currently attends matches or remains an active supporter.
Which other famous people are reported as Hull City supporters?
The same article names four other notable supporters:
- Tom Courtenay, the actor.
- Omar Sharif, the actor.
- John Prescott, the former politician.
- Stephen Malkmus, frontman of Pavement.
These names are reported by a tertiary source, and the underlying accounts were not independently checked here. They are best read as examples, not an exhaustive list or confirmation of anyone’s present-day match-going habits.

What is reported about Courtenay, Sharif, Prescott and Malkmus?
The article says Courtenay introduced Sharif to Hull City after the two became friends in the 1960s. It also recounts that Sharif followed matches from Paris by television or by calling the club’s automated score line. These colorful details are attributed to that article and should not be treated as independently verified anecdotes.
It connects Prescott’s support with his long residence and political career in Hull. For Malkmus, it says the band’s crew introduced him to the local team. The article does not provide first-person confirmation for either account.

How reliable is the famous-fan list?
The names and stories come from the fanbase section of a Hull City A.F.C. encyclopedia article, which is a tertiary source. Its reference list points to an Evening Standard item dated 16 May 2014 about Courtenay and Sharif supporting Hull City at the FA Cup final, but that report was not accessed to confirm its details. The club’s official supporters’ club page describes the organization and its recognition by the club; it does not verify the celebrity-supporter claims.
Accordingly, the careful answer is that these people have been reported as Hull City supporters—not that every detail is confirmed by the club or that the list captures all famous fans.
