What were Archie and Lilibet for Halloween in 2021?
On The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Meghan said the family stayed home and tried to make Halloween fun for the children. Archie wore a dinosaur costume, but not for long. “Archie was a dinosaur for, maybe, five minutes,” she recalled. DeGeneres, who said she had spent Halloween with the family, corrected her: “Not even five minutes.” Meghan agreed.
Meghan said Lilibet wore a skunk costume, comparing her to Flower from Bambi: “I know, like Flower from Bambi.” Lilibet had been born in June 2021. These details come from Meghan’s interview recollection, reported by ABC News and ELLE in November 2021.
Did Harry and Meghan celebrate Halloween together before their relationship was public?
Meghan also recalled an earlier Halloween party in Toronto with Harry, friends, Princess Eugenie and her then-boyfriend, Jack Brooksbank. She described the theme as post-apocalyptic and said the group went while she and Harry were keeping their relationship private. “The four of us snuck out in Halloween costumes to just have one fun night on the town before it was out in the world that we were a couple,” she said. This is Meghan’s account of the evening, not an independently documented record of the party.
