Eva Longoria has one child: her son, Santiago Enrique Bastón, whom she shares with her husband, José Bastón. Their blended family includes four children in total because Bastón has three older children from a previous relationship.

Why some accounts count four children
The number four refers to the blended family: Santiago plus Bastón’s three older children. Those children are Santiago’s older half-siblings; the count does not mean Longoria has four children of her own. The available reporting does not establish the older children’s names.
Recent confirmation
AARP’s March 24, 2026 profile identifies Santiago as Longoria’s son and describes him as seven years old at the time of publication. AARP, March 24, 2026
