How many episodes are in Bridgerton Season 3?
There are eight episodes in total: episodes 1–4 make up Part 1, and episodes 5–8 make up Part 2. Netflix announced the two release dates in advance, identifying the batches as episodes 301–304 and 305–308, respectively. Why was Bridgerton Season 3 released in two parts?
The official explanation from showrunner Jess Brownell centers on the season’s story structure, not a stated business or marketing strategy. Brownell told Netflix Tudum: “There is a natural structure to eight episodes, and we’ve done it actually every season, that Episode 4 ends on a big world-shifting midpoint.” The split places that turning point at the end of Part 1, with the second batch following the conflict and consequences that come after it. Season 3 focuses on Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton. Part 1 ends with Colin proposing to Penelope; Part 2 picks up from that cliffhanger.

When did Part 2 come out?
Part 2 premiered June 13, 2024, four weeks after Part 1’s May 16 premiere. Both dates were confirmed in Netflix’s February 14, 2024 announcement.
