The sources cited here do not provide a calculation, audited personal balance sheet, or independently established net-worth total.
Vanderpump’s business history is largely intertwined with Todd’s, while some later venues are partnerships with other companies or individuals. The available sources do not establish her personal ownership share, the couple’s retained proceeds from earlier sales, or the value of their present assets. So the career history can explain plausible sources of wealth, but it cannot substantiate the exact $90 million figure.
How did Vanderpump and Todd build their hospitality business?
Vanderpump and Todd worked in restaurants and nightclubs for decades, developing businesses before her US reality-TV fame. In a 2023 Vanity Fair interview, Vanderpump recalled that their London operation had “a 30-something restaurants in London” and said it was larger than their business at the time. Those comments are first-person evidence of a substantial London portfolio and repeated brand sales. They do not disclose the companies involved, sale prices, how proceeds were divided, or how much the couple kept after a sale. Vanderpump also said they had sold many houses, but did not give transaction details or identify their current holdings.
What do the US restaurants and bars add to the story?
In the United States, venues such as SUR became closely associated with Vanderpump’s public profile, while newer projects extended the hospitality business. Bravo’s business overview describes more than 30 restaurants and bars owned over more than 30 years in England and the United States. That is a historical portfolio count, not a claim that every listed location remains open today.

Several venues were developed with partners. TomTom, for example, opened with Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz as junior partners. Las Vegas projects were developed with Caesars Entertainment. In its 2024 Wolf by Vanderpump opening release, Caesars called Wolf the couple’s 37th restaurant and bar. Its 2025 Vanderpump Hotel announcement described the planned project and called Pinky’s a later opening, while giving a date-specific count of 39 restaurant and bar venues.
These figures are corporate descriptions of the portfolio at the time of each announcement, not independent valuations. A venue count does not reveal Vanderpump’s equity in a project, its operating profit, debt, or her share of any return. Restaurant revenue is not the same as an owner’s personal income.

How did television and production contribute?
Vanderpump appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and became the central figure in Vanderpump Rules, the series set around restaurant staff. Bravo and Vanderpump’s official biography identify her as an executive producer of Vanderpump Rules. In a 2023 Forbes interview, she said reality television opened opportunities: “So, that opened so many doors for things I dreamt of.” She also described producing the show as a substantial commitment.
Television gave her hospitality and personal brands a much larger public platform, and production added another professional role. But the sources do not disclose her cast salary, producer compensation, licensing income, or ownership in either program. It is therefore not possible to assign a dollar amount to television’s contribution to her wealth.

What can—and cannot—be concluded about her wealth?
- Documented: Vanderpump described a large London restaurant portfolio, repeated brand sales, and real-estate transactions with Todd.
- Documented: The couple’s hospitality business continued in the United States, including ventures described by Caesars and partnerships with other operators.
- Documented: Vanderpump has television and executive-production roles, alongside wine, spirits, design, flower, and pet-product ventures.
- Not established: The amounts earned or retained from brand sales, current restaurant profits, television compensation, royalties, personal real-estate gains, or her ownership percentage in individual projects.
