The official character profile says training allowed her to bloom her whole body in a duplicate-like form, but it does not call that ability an awakening or identify any of her techniques as one.
What the official sources say about Robin’s Devil Fruit
ONE PIECE.com’s Robin profile identifies her fruit as the Hana Hana no Mi. It describes her ability to make parts of her body bloom wherever she chooses, and says training enabled her to bloom her entire body in a duplicate-like form. The profile does not describe this development as an awakening.

The site’s general Devil Fruit overview explains the broad categories of Devil Fruits, but does not confirm an awakening for Robin. Taken together, these official references establish her fruit and a significant development in how she uses it—not an officially named awakening.
Do Robin’s later techniques count as an awakening?
Not on the evidence in those official references. A technique may look like a major power-up or invite an awakening interpretation, but that is not the same as the story or an official source identifying it as one. Claims that a particular technique, including Demonio Fleur, is Robin’s awakening remain unconfirmed unless an official source explicitly says so.

How to check the manga for a canon confirmation
Readers can consult the manga itself through VIZ’s official One Piece chapter listings. The listing is a route to the chapters, but does not identify which collected volume contains a particular Robin scene. A chapter or official character reference explicitly labeling her power an awakening would be stronger evidence than a fan interpretation of a visual change or technique name.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What remains uncertain
This is a conclusion about the official references reviewed, not proof that Robin could never awaken her fruit or that a future chapter cannot confirm it. Until the manga or an official source does so, the accurate answer is that her awakening has not been officially confirmed.
