In that account, Starsiak Hawk said she tried to eat healthier and exercise more. She described attending OrangeTheory five times a week for about a year. Her account does not establish that this period caused all of the weight changes she later discussed.

How IVF and cosmetic procedures fit the timeline
Starsiak Hawk’s account places IVF in the period following her daughter’s birth and her recollection of weighing around 160 pounds. HGTV’s 2020 press release said a season of Good Bones followed her IVF journey, which she described as emotional; HGTV has also published a retrospective about her earlier public posts on IVF.
