Disney’s new animated special: Prep & Landing: The Snowball Protocol
Disney announced this as the fourth entry in the Prep & Landing franchise. Its scheduled broadcast premiere was November 27, 2025, on Disney Channel, with subsequent availability announced for Disney+ and other Disney outlets. The November 27 date is the channel premiere, not a universal streaming date. Check Disney’s listing for the date and availability in your location. ITV and ITVX’s Christmas film selection
ITV’s 2025 Christmas brochure promotes seasonal programming on ITV and ITVX, including what it describes as “400+” free films. That figure is ITV’s own promotional count, not an independently verified total of new Christmas releases. The brochure describes a service selection; it does not mean every film is a new 2025 title. Viewers in the UK can consult ITVX and ITV’s listings for specific titles, broadcast times and availability. ITV’s 2025 Christmas brochure.
Other seasonal TV events and streaming picks
A November 28, 2025, Associated Press roundup also highlighted a mix of holiday programming: ABC’s The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular, NBC’s Christmas in Rockefeller Center and a Prime Video holiday romantic comedy. These examples span a TV special, a broadcast event and a streaming film; the roundup is a snapshot of selections, not a full release schedule. Check each network or service for current listings and local times. Associated Press holiday programming roundup.

Holiday releases are spread across broadcasters and streaming services, so no single list establishes the full calendar. A schedule index tracks titles across services including Netflix, Hallmark, Disney+, Lifetime and Prime Video, and notes that entries are added as they are confirmed. Use it as a discovery aid, then verify dates and access with the service or network itself. Cross-platform 2025 holiday schedule index.
