- Tiger Daughter vs The World — He Huang’s cross-cultural comedy drew on food and travel mishaps, following her breakout Crazy Broken Chinese. Listed February 1 at Upstairs at The Kalamunda Hotel; February 2 at The Main Room at Hyde Park Hotel, West Perth; February 3 at Upstairs Room at Balmoral Hotel; and February 9–11 at Fremantle Comedy Factory.
- Elouise Eftos presents Tra La La Girl — Comedy, dancing and a feminist angle, listed January 19–21 at Oasis Comedy Club, The Brisbane Hotel, Perth.
- Taste of Your Own Medicine — The Doctor’s Turn Being the Patient — Ahmed Kazmi’s comedy about a doctor becoming a patient, listed January 19–28 at Heath Ledger Theatre, State Theatre Centre, Perth.
- Me, My Cult And I and Maybe He’s Born With It, Maybe It’s ADHD — Colin Ebsworth’s two separate shows. The first recounts his parents’ arranged marriage by a South Korean cult leader; the second concerns ADHD. They were listed January 23–28 at Rehearsal Room 1, State Theatre Centre, and February 6–11 at The Little Palais, The Pleasure Garden, Northbridge, respectively. The feature’s health-related framing is show description, not medical advice or a verified prevalence statistic.
- None of that Queer Stuff — Anna Piper Scott’s comedy about identity and relationships, including being told she was too weird for mainstream success. Listed February 11–18 at The Gold Digger, The Pleasure Garden, Northbridge.
- Well This Is Awkward — Ting Lim’s stand-up about uncomfortable situations, listed January 29–February 4 at Goodwill Club, The Rechabite, Northbridge.
- 90 Day Comedian — Dalin Oliver’s coming-of-age stand-up, drawing on his life as a former teacher from Cape Town. Listed February 2–4 at Fremantle Comedy Factory and February 7–11 at The Laugh Resort, The Shoe Bar & Cafe, Perth.
- Ethiopian and Still Not Hungry — 2024 — Joe White’s comedy about migration, family and life in Australia. The feature listed January 19–20 and February 16–17 at Upstairs at The Stables; January 19–20, 26–27 and February 2–3 at Ground Floor Comedy at The Terrarium; February 3–4 at Upstairs at Kalamunda Hotel; and January 26–28 and February 16–18 at Fremantle Comedy Factory.
- Gear — Tom Gleeson’s live comedy show, listed January 30–February 4 at Heath Ledger Theatre, State Theatre Centre, Perth.
Character comedy, theatre and storytelling
- Colossal, Pear: But Braver and The Way Way Deep — Patrick McPherson’s one-person play Colossal explores love, fidelity and dating; Pear: But Braver is a sketch show with his twin brother Hugo; and The Way Way Deep is a drama about a long friendship. McPherson described the latter as “much more a drama than Colossal” and said it follows a friendship over 20 years, with a major twist around the middle. The feature reported that Colossal won Best Show at Edinburgh Fringe 2022 and Perth Fringe World’s Best Theatre Show 2023. - Shark Heist — Cam Venn’s physical-theatre adventure involving a jewel, a kidnapped great white shark and a retired thief. Listed January 19–28 at The Gold Digger, The Pleasure Garden, Northbridge.
- Helios — Storytelling from the team behind Orpheus, Eurydice and The Gods The Gods The Gods. The feature reported it won an Edinburgh Fringe 2023 Lustrum award. Listed January 30–February 4 at The Little Palais, The Pleasure Garden, Northbridge.
- Vehicle — Shane Adamczak and Sam Longley’s comedy about touring independent theatre. The feature reported three awards, including the Martin Sims Award for best new WA work. Listed January 30–February 4 at Rehearsal Room 1, State Theatre Centre, Perth.

- Reuben Kaye: APOCALIPSTIK — A cabaret built around the story of Kaye’s scoundrel uncle, crossing continents, generations and 20th-century politics. Listed January 19–28 and January 31–February 4 at The Rechabite Hall, Northbridge.
- Messy Friends — Gendermess combined drag, burlesque, visuals, choreography and recorded interviews about queer expression. Listed January 19–25 at Studio Underground, State Theatre Centre, Perth.
- An Evening Without Kate Bush — Sarah-Louise Young’s cabaret tribute to Kate Bush, listed January 30–February 11 at De Parel Spiegeltent, The Pleasure Garden, Northbridge.
- Moonroes Happy Hour — A Marilyn Moonroe-hosted variety show featuring circus, songs and comedy, listed February 13–18 at De Parel Spiegeltent, The Pleasure Garden, Northbridge.
- Bernie Dieter’s Club Kaberett — Adults-only cabaret with a live haus band, listed January 19–February 18 at L’Euro Grande, Northbridge.
- Disco Spektakular — Hans’s disco cabaret, listed February 6–18 at L’Euro Grande, Northbridge.
- Briefs: Dirty Laundry — Adults-oriented cabaret, listed January 19–February 4 at L’Euro Grande, Northbridge.
- It’s up to you Tash York, Tash York — Choose-your-own-adventure cabaret with songs, comedy and costume changes, listed January 19–21 at Goodwill Club, The Rechabite, Northbridge.
- Happily Ever Poofter — Rich Watkins’s queer cabaret fairy tale, listed January 22–23 and February 2–3 at Goodwill Club, The Rechabite, Northbridge.
- Full Cream — An 18+ performance about friendship, body image and fat joy, listed January 19–28 at The Parlour, The Pleasure Garden, Northbridge.
- Dizney in Drag: Once Upon a Parody — The Hairy Godmothers’ drag show drawing on Disney stories, listed January 19–21, 23–25, 27 and 28 at The Enchanted Ballroom, Fantasia at Perth Town Hall. The feature also mentioned the related adults-only variety show Wet.
- Antihero: A Toast to Our Real Friends, Taylor and Swifties — A Taylor Swift sing-along, listed January 21 and February 7 at Lyric’s Underground, Lyric Lane, Maylands. The feature suggested earplugs as an option for more casual Swifties or reluctant partners—not as a general festival requirement.

- Bubble Show for Adults Only 2 — An explicitly adults-only bubble performance, listed January 19–February 4 at Big Top, The Pleasure Garden, Northbridge.
- Top Fun! 80’s Spectacular — Remix — Matt Hale’s comedy hypnosis show involved audience participation. Listed January 19–February 4 at The Enchanted Ballroom, Fantasia at Perth Town Hall, and February 9–11 at Park View Hall, Scarborough Sports and Community Club.
- Hubba Hubba (based on a true story) and Josh Glanc Collections 2024 — The first was described as improv-heavy comedy; the second brings together characters, sketches, songs and stand-up.
