In the 1969 animated television special Frosty the Snowman, Frosty and Karen hide in a greenhouse growing tropical poinsettias. Karen warns that the warmth will melt him, but Professor Hinkle catches them and locks them inside so he can reclaim his magic hat. Santa follows their trail to the greenhouse and finds them there.
How Frosty and Karen end up in the greenhouse
Frosty and Karen are fleeing Professor Hinkle when they reach a small greenhouse used to grow tropical poinsettias for Christmas. Frosty sees it as a comfortable shelter for Karen. She understands the danger to him and protests, “Oh, but, but you will melt!” The searchable transcript gives Frosty a joking reply: if he stays too long, he will melt only a little and make a splash. These lines and actions are recorded in a fan-maintained transcript of the special.

Why Hinkle traps them
Hinkle catches up and shuts the greenhouse door, intending to wait until Frosty melts so he can take back the magic hat. The scene turns the greenhouse from a refuge into a trap: its warmth threatens Frosty, and Karen is stuck inside with him.
What Santa finds
Santa has arrived and follows the tracks to the greenhouse with Hocus Pocus. The transcript describes a terrible sight meeting them when they enter, but the passage available here does not give the full aftermath. The key beat is Santa reaching the greenhouse after Hinkle has trapped Frosty and Karen.

Which version’s dialogue are you remembering?
Exact wording can vary by airing. IMDb’s quote listing identifies “Then you’ve gotta go someplace, where you’ll never melt” as a line from later airings, so it should not be treated as wording universal to every broadcast. Check the particular broadcast or home-video version if you need to quote it precisely: IMDb’s quote listing.
