Roseanne Barr made unverified allegations about people she associated with Jeffrey Epstein during a live conversation with Tucker Carlson in Fort Worth, Texas, on September 24, 2024. A 7NEWS report published six days later quoted her saying, “You know they eat babies, that is not bullshit. It’s true.” The report establishes that Barr made the remarks; it provides no evidence that the allegations are true.
What did Roseanne Barr say?
During the conversation, Barr referred to a list of Epstein associates and alleged that people connected to Epstein and Hollywood were “vampires” who ate babies and drank human blood. The 7NEWS account said it was unclear exactly whom she meant. These were Barr’s claims, not verified findings.
The conversation also touched on Donald Trump and the 2020 election before turning to Jeffrey Epstein and his 2019 death. The report does not supply a primary transcript or independently verify the allegations.
What happened at Tucker Carlson’s live show?
Barr made the remarks in a live conversation with Carlson in Fort Worth, Texas—not in an official statement or a verified investigation. Carlson reportedly said he was “freaked” by the allegations, then suggested Barr had authority on the subject because she had spent her life in entertainment. That was Carlson’s reaction; it does not provide evidence for her claims.

When were the comments made and reported?
The event took place on September 24, 2024. 7NEWS published its report on September 30, 2024. The account is a secondary news report; a primary video or full transcript was not established in the material available for this article, so the full context and exact wording cannot be confirmed here.
What does the Epstein connection establish?
The report discusses people described as Epstein associates, but association alone does not establish wrongdoing. It also does not substantiate Barr’s claims about those people or anyone else. The distinction matters: the reported fact is that Barr made the allegations, not that the allegations are factual.
