Luke Shuey and his partner, Danielle “Dani” Shuey, reached ten years together in 2024, according to a PerthNow report published on 18 May that year. It was a dating anniversary—not their wedding anniversary.
What milestone did Luke and Dani celebrate?
PerthNow reported that Dani marked the couple’s decade together with an Instagram post shared on the Saturday of the 18–19 May 2024 weekend. The report quoted her caption: “A decade of genuine belly laughs on date night and listening to WWE entrance songs playlists in the Uber home @themadshueys”. PerthNow’s 18 May 2024 report places the start of their relationship in 2014. The original Instagram post was not independently confirmed in the available coverage, so the caption is attributed here to PerthNow.
How the dating anniversary differs from their wedding anniversary
The ten-year milestone concerned how long the couple had been together. They became engaged in 2018; PerthNow reported that Dani said they wanted to keep the engagement news “private and sacred.” They married in 2019, making October 2024 their fifth wedding anniversary. In its later anniversary coverage, PerthNow reported that their wedding took place at Riverbank Estate in the Swan Valley, with 150 guests. PerthNow’s October 2024 wedding-anniversary report covers that separate milestone.
Family and Luke’s football career
The May 2024 report names Oliver and Georgia as Luke and Dani’s children. The West Coast Eagles’ feature on the Shuey family notes that their first child, Oliver, arrived in 2018.

Quick Recap
Best Value
- Smooth, Controlled Application: This double sided tape roller lays adhesive along paper edges or in short strips, without squeezing or spreading liquid glue. Keep double side tape behind each piece so the design stays visible. Use double sided tape for crafts to layer scrapbook pages and handmade cards. Apply double sided tape for gift wrapping beneath folded paper edges, then press the layers together for concealed seams. Work on a firm, flat surface; test coated paper before use.
- Permanent, Acid-Free Adhesive: The adhesive in this permanent tape runner forms a permanent bond, not a temporary hold. Arrange your layout before attaching pieces. Use acid free tape for scrapbooking to secure captions and decorative paper layers. For photo pages, apply acid free photo tape to the backs of everyday photo prints with this adhesive tape roller, then press each print into place. Test delicate or coated paper on a spare piece before committing to the finished layout.
- Less Wrinkling, No Drying Time: Keep paper layers flat without wet-glue wrinkles, and continue decorating without waiting for glue to dry. This glue tape roller offers a dry, roll-on alternative to a glue stick. Use glue tape for scrapbooking to attach captions and cutouts. It works as glue for junk journaling when adding tickets and paper tags. For paper projects you usually make with gluesticks, the dry adhesive lets you build one layer after another, from journal pages to handmade cards.
- Strong Hold, Less Wrinkling: This double sided tape for paper bonds paper layers with dry adhesive, without spreading wet glue. Use it as paper glue for crafts to attach panels and decorative cutouts. Instead of tearing paper tape by hand, roll adhesive onto the back of each piece and press the layers together evenly. Keep the roller with your card making supplies for greeting cards and paper decorations, placing adhesive behind the design so the front of your project stays neat.
- Smooth Rolling, Easy Tape Adjustment: Hold this glue tape roller at 45 degrees and glide over paper with steady, even pressure. Lift straight up to finish the adhesive line. Use the tape runner for scrapbooking on paper layers and captions. If the tape loosens or skips, insert a pen tip into the adjustment hole and gently turn the inner gear clockwise to take up slack. Turn a little at a time without overtightening. For a jam, clear any blockage and check for twists before adjusting.
