When will Fallout Season 3 come out?
There is no confirmed release date. Amazon’s official Fallout guide, updated June 19, 2026, says the date has yet to be announced. The same guide confirms that filming began in Los Angeles in June 2026.

On October 5, 2026, GamesRadar+ reported that MacLachlan, who plays Hank MacLean, said: “We’ve got about a month or so to go… and then probably come out maybe May or June.” He was offering a possibility, not relaying a Prime Video announcement. Amazon has not confirmed that window.

Amazon has not published a Season 3 synopsis. Its guide describes the series as based on the Fallout video game franchise and set 200 years after an apocalyptic event, following shelter residents as they face the dangerous world outside. Season 2 continued after Season 1 and took the story through the Mojave to New Vegas.
That gives a broad sense of the series’ setting, but it does not confirm Season 3’s plot. Specific storylines, locations or character outcomes should be treated as unconfirmed unless Amazon announces them.

Season 3 is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories, according to Amazon. The first two seasons are also available on Prime Video; the Prime Video Season 2 listing provides the show’s platform page.

Amazon says the first two seasons have surpassed 100 million viewers worldwide. It also reports that Season 2 ranked among Prime Video’s four most-watched seasons of all time during the first 13 weeks after it began streaming. Those figures and the ranking are Amazon’s statements in its guide updated June 19, 2026.
