Norman Cook (Fatboy Slim), Rag’n’Bone Man, Joe Marler, Jules Breach and Des Lynam are five public figures identified in published sources as Brighton & Hove Albion supporters. They are not an official club list or a ranking: the evidence varies, from detailed accounts of Cook’s involvement to brief mentions of Lynam.
How strong is the evidence?
There is no official roster of celebrity supporters in the sources cited here. The names below are drawn from media and tourism publications, and the detail behind each one is not equal. The Premier League’s 16 March 2026 feature names Cook and Rag’n’Bone Man; Visit Brighton independently calls Cook a proud supporter. Football Ground Guide supplies specific details for Marler and sports broadcaster Jules Breach, while FourFourTwo names Lynam as someone who follows the Albion without giving examples or a time frame.
Five famous Brighton supporters
1. Norman Cook (Fatboy Slim), DJ
Cook has the most detailed support record in this group. The Premier League says he has supported Brighton since moving to the seaside city for college in the 1980s. It also reports that he has been a club shareholder and sponsor, performed at the Amex, and played after Brighton’s Europa League win in Athens. Visit Brighton separately describes him as a proud supporter.
Reflecting on his connection to the club, Cook told the BBC, in a quotation carried by the Premier League: “It’d be too much of a cliché to say we’ve come a long, long way together, but we kind of have.”

2. Rag’n’Bone Man, musician
The Premier League names Rag’n’Bone Man among Brighton’s other famous fans. That source does not give details about how long he has supported the club or how he follows it, so the evidence supports identifying him as a reported fan, but not making stronger claims about the depth of his connection.
3. Joe Marler, rugby player
Football Ground Guide says Marler regularly watches Brighton. It points to a September 2023 TikTok post in which he held a signed Brighton shirt. These are specific indications of support, though the cited account is from one source.

Why Simon Cowell is not in this five
