Según el reporte de People en Español, dijo: “Hoy, 20 de Agosto, se cumple un año de la muerte de Fiona y, además de recordarla hoy todo el día, quería agradecerle a toda la gente las muestras de cariño que han tenido conmigo y con ella”.
También presentó el espacio que conserva en su memoria: “Tengo un rincón, que es el rincón de Fiona, aquí adentro de mi recámara. Se los voy a enseñar un poquito”. El rincón incluía fotografías, dibujos y documentos, de acuerdo con el medio.
Quién era Fiona y por qué la recordó
Fiona era la perrita de Derbez y, según el reporte de Teresa Aranguez publicado por People en Español el 21 de agosto de 2024, había sido su compañera durante muchos años. El video se difundió el día en que se cumplía el primer aniversario de su muerte, el 20 de agosto de 2024.
