Mía explicó que en la casa estaban Andrea Legarreta, ella y su hermana Nina, mientras que su padre vivía aparte. También dijo que Rubín iba a comer todos los días y mantenía su estudio en la casa familiar. Por tanto, lo confirmado es que ya no compartían techo; no que él hubiera dejado de frecuentar el hogar.

Mayo de 2023: Rubín decía que aún vivía en la casa
En una entrevista con Yordi Rosado, reportada por Telemundo, Rubín dijo que todavía compartía la casa con Legarreta y sus hijas. Anunció que se iría pronto: “Me saldré de la casa, ya pronto, literalmente, la próxima semana. Dormimos juntos”. Esa declaración expresaba un plan, no confirma que la mudanza ocurriera la semana siguiente.
Septiembre de 2023: seguía en casa y aplazaba el cambio
El 21 de septiembre de 2023, Rubín dijo a De Primera Mano, en declaraciones recogidas por ¡HOLA! México, que aún vivía allí y que calculaba mudarse “a un par de semanas”. La nota señaló que habían postergado el cambio tras la muerte de la madre de Legarreta. Ese plazo tampoco acredita la fecha efectiva de la mudanza.

Qué significa —y qué no— vivir en casas separadas
La información publicada permite afirmar que Rubín y Legarreta dejaron de vivir juntos, pero no permite fechar con precisión el cambio. Tampoco demuestra por sí sola que hubiera una ruptura hostil, un divorcio o una reconciliación. En el anuncio de 2023, ambos pidieron respeto y dijeron que continuarían siendo familia; Mía describió en 2024 un contacto cotidiano entre su padre y la familia.
La última confirmación de convivencia separada recogida aquí es la de septiembre de 2024. No establece si esa organización seguía igual en 2026.
