Khloé Kardashian’s publicly reported dating history includes a marriage to Lamar Odom, an on-and-off relationship with Tristan Thompson, and several shorter or less firmly confirmed links. The names most often reported are Rashad McCants, Derrick Ward, Odom, Matt Kemp, French Montana, Rick Fox, James Harden, Trey Songz and Thompson—but the evidence and significance vary considerably.
How to read the list
Entertainment timelines often group confirmed relationships, brief dates and rumors together. The chronology below distinguishes what reporting supports from what it does not. A reported sighting or account from an unnamed source is not the same as Kardashian confirming a relationship, and the available reporting does not establish that this is an exhaustive list of everyone she may have dated.

Khloé Kardashian’s reported dating history, in order
Rashad McCants — reported and disputed
Us Weekly says Kardashian dated NBA player Rashad McCants in 2009. On Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami, she alleged that he had been unfaithful; McCants later told the New York Post that the storyline was made up for television. The competing accounts mean the allegation should not be treated as established fact.
Derrick Ward — reported brief dating
Kardashian was linked to NFL running back Derrick Ward in 2009. ELLE reports that he accompanied her to Mexico for her sister Kourtney’s 30th birthday and that they went on a few dates. Us Weekly also characterizes the connection as brief.

Lamar Odom — marriage
Kardashian met basketball player Lamar Odom in summer 2009, became engaged within weeks and married him in September that year. They separated in 2013. She paused divorce proceedings in 2015 after Odom was hospitalized, then filed again in 2016; the divorce was finalized that year, according to ELLE and Us Weekly. This was a marriage, not simply another short-lived dating rumor.
Matt Kemp — reported link
After Kardashian’s first divorce filing in 2013, she was linked to baseball player Matt Kemp. Us Weekly reports that they attended concerts together in December of that year, but the reporting establishes a link rather than a detailed or confirmed long-term relationship.
Rank #2
French Montana — reported on-and-off relationship
Kardashian and rapper French Montana were linked in 2013 and 2014. Us Weekly places the end of the relationship in December 2014, while ELLE describes it as brief and reports Montana later said they remained friends. The accounts do not support presenting the entire period as one uninterrupted relationship.
Rick Fox — reported brief dating
Us Weekly reported a brief connection with former basketball player Rick Fox in May 2015, including a date in Los Angeles. The account relies on an unnamed observer, so it is best understood as a reported brief link, not a firmly documented relationship.

Rank #3
James Harden — reported relationship
Kardashian was linked to NBA player James Harden in 2015. Us Weekly says they met at Kanye West’s birthday party in June; ELLE places the public link in July. Both outlets report that they split in February 2016.
Trey Songz — reported casual or brief link
Kardashian and singer Trey Songz were seen kissing in Las Vegas in July 2016, according to ELLE, which also reports that a source described the connection as casual. Us Weekly calls it a brief fling. The coverage does not indicate a long-term relationship.
Tristan Thompson — on-and-off partner and co-parent
Kardashian and basketball player Tristan Thompson were first publicly linked in 2016. Their daughter, True, was born in April 2018. The relationship included separations and reconciliations, amid infidelity and paternity controversies; coverage describes a split in 2021. Their son, Tatum, was born via surrogate in 2022. Later reporting describes them as co-parents.
Kardashian has described their introduction as an arranged meeting she did not initially want to attend: “I was at the Bel-Air hotel. [Tristan] came to the dinner because I didn’t want to go on a blind date, so Brandon kind of ambushed the blind date,” she said, in an account ELLE attributes to E!. She added, “So, I had a bunch of people, and he brought him, and we just connected.” That recollection explains how they met; it does not establish their later romantic status.

Rumors that should not be counted as confirmed relationships
Odell Beckham Jr. — reported flirtation, not confirmed dating
Us Weekly linked Kardashian to NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. in June 2016, but the source it cited described them flirting at a party. That is not enough to list him as a confirmed boyfriend.
What is known about Kardashian’s more recent relationship status
In a timeline dated December 30, 2025, ELLE described Kardashian and Thompson as no longer together romantically and recounted her holiday clarification that he is her children’s father and part of her family. Earlier coverage from Entertainment Tonight also reported that she said they were not romantically together at that time. These are dated accounts, not proof of her status on October 8, 2026; the sources cited here do not establish a confirmed relationship after December 2025. Co-parenting and family closeness alone do not demonstrate that a couple has reunited.
