NCCIA questioned how new videos could appear on Ducky Bhai’s YouTube account while the account was being treated as evidence. At the hearing described by TechJuice, prosecutors said eight videos had been uploaded after equipment was seized. Saad ur Rehman said his editor—not he—uploaded them. That exchange was a reported dispute before the court, not a finding that Rehman had personally uploaded or altered the videos.
Why did NCCIA question the uploads?
In its account of the hearing, TechJuice reported that the prosecutor told the court eight videos had appeared after equipment was seized. An NCCIA assistant director then challenged how videos could be uploaded from an account still considered evidence, asking: “The YouTube account is still evidence in the case. How can the YouTuber upload videos?”
The concern, as reported, was about access to an account connected to the case while a request to return accounts and equipment was before the court. The report said the court had reserved its decision on that request; it did not report a finding that Rehman himself uploaded the eight videos or tampered with evidence.
What did Ducky Bhai say about who uploaded them?
TechJuice reported that Saad ur Rehman told the court he had submitted an affidavit undertaking not to alter the videos. He said: “I did not upload the videos. My editor uploaded them.” The outlet identified the editor as a friend living in Hyderabad.

The court asked the NCCIA director whether officials knew the editor had access. The director replied that some account owners do not give editors full access to a platform account. The report does not establish what level of access this editor had or independently verify who performed the uploads; it records the competing statements made at the hearing.

December 2025: channel-control request rejected
A December 23, 2025 report by HUM News said the court rejected Rehman’s request to regain control of his YouTube channel and mobile phones, while ordering 19 personal items returned. HUM News also reported the eight-video issue and Rehman’s explanation that his editor had uploaded the videos. This was a later procedural stage than the hearing in the TechJuice account.
February 2026: limited uploads reported with conditions
In February 2026, Dawn and the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) reported that a magistrate allowed limited uploads while directing Rehman not to discuss the pending case on his channel. Both outlets said NCCIA had objections to 27 videos, which were not to be deleted at that stage, and reported that the matter was adjourned to March 11. APP also reported that NCCIA had submitted the charge sheet.

Did the court let Ducky Bhai use his channel?
The answer depends on which proceeding and date is meant. HUM News reported in December 2025 that the request to regain channel control was rejected. Dawn and APP later described a February 2026 order allowing limited uploads subject to conditions. These reports do not establish what happened at the March 11 hearing or the case’s procedural status on October 8, 2026. The February conditions therefore should not be treated as confirmed to remain in force today.
