There is no verified answer in the official sources reviewed: Craig Conover accused Jarrett “JT” Thomas of calling Patricia Altschul a “bitch,” while JT denied saying it. Bravo reported that cast members disagreed about whom they believed, but neither their opinions nor Craig’s insistence that he was telling the truth establishes that he knowingly made up the accusation.
What did Craig accuse JT of saying?
The argument arose during the cast’s Bahamas trip. Craig said JT had called Patricia Altschul a “bitch.” JT denied making the remark and said he would not speak about her that way. Bravo’s account describes the competing claims; it does not independently verify what was said. Bravo’s February 27, 2025 report recounts the dispute and the cast’s reactions.
Craig defended his account on the Season 10 After Show: “I’m a lawyer. You think I’m gonna f–king lie when things are filmed?” That is Craig’s argument for his credibility, not independent evidence that JT made the remark.
What did the other cast members believe?
Bravo reported differing reactions, which are best understood as opinions rather than confirmation:

- Molly O’Connell pointed to JT’s consistent denial.
- Salley Carson said she could see JT making the remark.
- Taylor Ann Green said she doubted he would say that about a woman.
The cast’s split does not settle which account is true. Bravo’s After Show listing for episode 12, part 1 frames the discussion around whether the cast could believe Craig.
Where does the dispute appear in Season 10?
Bravo’s official listing identifies the dinner-fight discussion as the Season 10 After Show, episode 12, part 2, describing how the conflict escalated to the cast “going in on” JT. The segment is listed as “Craig Conover Stands By His Stance on Jarrett Thomas.”

Peacock’s Season 10 episode sequence lists episode 12 as “Lost at Sea” and episode 13 as “Sea’s Just Not That Into You.” The official episode listing provides the episode title and season order.
What can—and can’t—be concluded?
The established account is a he-said, he-said dispute: Craig maintained the accusation, JT denied it, and cast members expressed different views. The official sources cited here do not establish whether JT made the remark or whether Craig knowingly fabricated it. Calling it a proven “huge lie” would go beyond the available evidence.
