El fabricante aclara que el 2Z2 no ofrece protección completa contra la entrada de agua durante una inmersión. Si el pie se sumerge con la funda puesta, debe limpiarse y secarse siguiendo instrucciones seguras que se deben pedir al protésico. No se debe sumergir un pie que no esté aprobado para uso en agua.
