Ninoska Vásquez, también identificada en algunas fuentes como Yorbriele Ninoska Vásquez, es una modelo venezolana que ganó Miss Earth Venezuela 2017. México solicitó su extradición por acusaciones de trata de personas y explotación sexual, pero la Audiencia Nacional de España rechazó entregarla en febrero de 2023. Esa decisión resolvió la solicitud de extradición; no declaró a Vásquez culpable ni inocente.
Qué se sabe de Ninoska Vásquez
Las fuentes disponibles la identifican como modelo venezolana y ganadora de Miss Earth Venezuela 2017. No hay una cronología fiable de sus campañas, agencias u otros títulos que permita ampliar su trayectoria profesional sin especular.
Por qué México pidió su extradición
Según la cobertura de la reclamación mexicana, se la acusó de captar a jóvenes con la promesa de empleo como azafatas y obligarlas a prostituirse. Esas son acusaciones atribuidas a México, no hechos establecidos como probados en la resolución española descrita por las fuentes.
Durante la vista, Vásquez negó la acusación y sostuvo que era una represalia de su expareja, a quien acusó de amenazarla. Son alegaciones que ella planteó, no conclusiones independientes del tribunal. La Fiscalía española se opuso a la extradición, según la crónica de la audiencia.

Por qué España rechazó la extradición
El 27 de febrero de 2023, Europa Press informó que la Audiencia Nacional había rechazado entregarla a México. La crónica del auto destacó que los datos del pasaporte no la situaban en México en la fecha de los hechos alegados y que la solicitud mexicana presentaba defectos formales. El resultado fue una negativa a la entrega; no fue un juicio sobre el fondo de las acusaciones ni una declaración de inocencia.
Qué significa la referencia a INTERPOL
El título de algunas noticias o búsquedas puede hablar de un “arresto de INTERPOL”, pero una notificación roja no es por sí misma una orden internacional de detención. INTERPOL explica que es una alerta dirigida a las fuerzas policiales para localizar y detener provisionalmente a una persona con vistas a una extradición u otra acción judicial. La organización lo resume así: “A Red Notice is an international alert for a wanted person, but it is not an arrest warrant.” Cada país aplica sus propias leyes para decidir qué medidas tomar. Por ello, no se puede atribuir a INTERPOL la ejecución de una detención sin una fuente que identifique quién la llevó a cabo y bajo qué orden.
