The official guide was published on August 5, 2025, for the São Paulo festival held September 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14, 2025. These are edition-specific instructions, not confirmation of the process for a later festival. Check the latest official rules before relying on them for another edition.
What you need before you start
- Access to the Ticketmaster account and email address used for the purchase, if you are activating from the order.
- A smartphone with Quentro installed and an account using the email address that should receive the ticket.
- The recipient’s exact Quentro email address if you are transferring the ticket.
For The Town 2025, Quentro was the app used to display the ticket at entry. A Ticketmaster order or purchase confirmation was not the usable festival ticket. The recipient needed Quentro, but did not necessarily need a Ticketmaster account. The Town’s 2025 activation guide and its official FAQ describe the process.
How to activate your ticket in Quentro
The Town 2025 tickets were released gradually. If yours was not available, the official guidance was to wait for the release email sent to the address associated with the Ticketmaster purchase.
- Install Quentro and create an account. The 2025 guide recommended using the same email address as your Ticketmaster account.
- Sign in to Ticketmaster.
- Open “Meus Pedidos” and select the order containing your The Town ticket.
- Enter the email address for the Quentro account that should receive the ticket.
- Complete email verification if prompted.
- Open Quentro and look for the ticket under “Próximos”.
These are the menu labels shown in the official 2025 instructions; they may differ in another app version or festival edition. A ticket order, an activated ticket in Quentro and a ticket transferred to another person are separate stages.

How to transfer a ticket to another attendee
If someone else will attend, transfer the ticket directly to that person’s Quentro account. Do not route it through an intermediary: the official 2025 guidance did not allow a recipient to transfer the ticket onward to a different person.
- In Quentro, open “Próximos” and select the ticket.
- Tap “Transferir”.
- Enter the recipient’s Quentro email address and check it carefully.
- Confirm the transfer.
The recipient should sign in to Quentro using exactly the address entered by the sender. If the recipient already has a Quentro account with that email, the ticket may appear there; otherwise, the transfer can remain pending until the recipient creates an account and accepts it.

What pending and completed transfers mean
- Pending: The recipient has not completed the claim. The sender can cancel the transfer while it remains marked “Pendente.”
- Completed: The recipient has accepted the ticket. The sender cannot simply undo the transfer.
- Returned: The recipient may be able to send the ticket back to the original sender through Quentro. The official FAQ gives this path: “Próximos” → select the ticket → “Devolva” → confirm.
Do not transfer until the intended attendee and their Quentro email are confirmed. Once a transfer is complete, the original holder no longer controls the ticket.
If the recipient cannot find the ticket
- Ask the sender to check whether the transfer is still pending or has completed.
- Verify the recipient email spelling and confirm which email is attached to the recipient’s Quentro account.
- Have the recipient check their inbox for a transfer notification.
- Update Quentro and sign in to the matching account.
- If the transfer is pending, cancel and resend only after confirming the correct address.
- If the ticket still does not appear, contact official Ticketmaster or festival support.
Do not send a second transfer while the first one’s status is unclear.

What will not work at the entrance
The Town’s official FAQ says screenshots and printed tickets are not accepted. The ticket’s QR code updates automatically, so a screenshot or forwarded image is not a substitute for opening the live ticket in Quentro. The 2025 Ticketmaster terms mention a narrow technical-failure exception handled by the organizers; it is not permission to plan to enter with a printout.
The 2025 terms also stated that a ticket was for one festival day, one person and one entry. Once scanned, it could not be used for another entry. Day tickets and special products such as The Town Card or VIP-related products may have different date-selection or access conditions, so check the terms for the specific ticket.

Prepare your phone and documents for festival day
Official festival material said Quentro could work offline at entry, but prepare the ticket before you arrive rather than relying on a last-minute connection. Charge your phone, consider carrying a power bank, update Quentro, and open the correct day’s ticket in advance. Keep photo ID with you, and bring half-price eligibility documentation if it applies to your ticket.
The Town 2025 was entirely digital and required a smartphone. Its FAQ advised attendees with no phone or technical problems to seek the ticket-service help point on the event day, bringing photo ID, CPF, order information and any required half-price documentation. That advice is not a guarantee that a replacement will be available in every circumstance. Do not delete Quentro after activating the ticket.

Before you leave
- The correct ticket is visible in Quentro.
- The ticket is for the date you plan to attend.
- If someone else is attending, the transfer is completed in that person’s account, not still pending.
- Your phone is charged, and you have ID and any required eligibility proof.
