Clarissa Molina said she wants to become a mother and build a family, after her feelings changed from two years earlier, when she did not want a child. Her remarks were reported by People en Español on February 13, 2026, following a conversation with journalist Maity Interiano. They describe a personal aspiration—not a pregnancy announcement, a fertility-treatment decision, or a confirmed timeline.
What Clarissa Molina said about becoming a mother
Molina said that two years before the interview she had not wanted a child. Since the previous year, however, she had felt a desire to become a mother. She described wanting a motivation beyond her own dreams and ambitions, and said she wanted to make a family.
“Pero desde el año pasado siento la necesidad de ser madre, de tener una motivación más allá que mis propios sueños o mis propias ambiciones; tener la motivación de una personita que te está viendo y que tú puedas hacer tantas cosas por esa personita que te mueva”
People en Español attributed the statement to Molina in its February 13, 2026 account of her conversation with Interiano. The article also quoted her saying: “Yo creo que el propósito de la mujer, lo dice la Biblia, es dar vida y si tenemos la bendición de poder hacerlo qué maravilla; entonces sí, sí quiero hacer mi familia”. These are her expressed views in that interview, not evidence that she is pregnant or has made a specific medical or timing decision.

How she described the change in her views
When asked what had changed, Molina said she could not identify one definite reason. She mentioned maturity, age, and people who had helped her see life differently. The outlet reported that she was 34 at the time.

Her answer was tentative rather than a single, settled explanation: she named several possible influences without saying that any one of them caused the change.
Why she said dating can be difficult
Molina also told Interiano that public attention complicates dating for her. She said people sometimes interpret her relationship with male friends—even people she does not know—as romantic and circulate claims she says are untrue. She described herself as a homebody after work and said she can be slow to open up to new people.

In a separate report published February 19, 2026, De Último Minuto described Molina speaking during rehearsals for Premio Lo Nuestro 2026.
