The Associated Press reported that the publicist said no one else was involved. The AP and the Los Angeles Times said contemporaneous statements did not disclose where or when the crash happened or provide further details. Those reports did not establish the route, circumstances, or fault.

The publicist’s statement read: “On behalf of the family and his representatives, it is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Chance Perdomo’s untimely passing as a result of a motorcycle accident.” The Associated Press report and the Los Angeles Times report covered the announcement.
What was Chance Perdomo known for?
Gen V
Perdomo played Andre Anderson in the first season of Gen V, the superhero series connected to The Boys. Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television, the studios behind the show, said in a joint statement: “The entire Gen V family is devastated by the sudden passing of Chance Perdomo.” The AP reported that the show’s producers also remembered him as “an incredibly talented performer” and “a very kind, lovely person.”

After his death, Gen V season two production was postponed, the Los Angeles Times reported. The paper’s report included the production update.
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
Perdomo also played Ambrose Spellman, Sabrina’s cousin, in Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. The role brought him to a wider audience before Gen V. The AP identified the series as a Netflix production in its 2024 report; this article does not make a claim about its current streaming availability.

His early life and career
Born in Los Angeles in 1996, Perdomo was raised in Southampton, England. Before his best-known television roles, he drew critical notice for the 2018 BBC film Killed by My Debt, earning a BAFTA best actor nomination. In 2019, he received Breakthrough Brit recognition, according to the Los Angeles Times.
In a video associated with that recognition, Perdomo described the value he saw in storytelling: “There’s no point in just ranting at someone,” he said. “But if you can connect with them emotionally and have them think outside their peripheral vision to somewhere else, then that can change perspectives and hopefully lead to more of a permanent change.”
