The count changed as the family grew and coverage was published at different times. A September 2022 People en Español interview named three children: Emily Cinnamon, Saúl Adiel and María Fernanda. In 2025, TUDN named those three and Mía Ener, while reporting that Álvarez and Gómez were expecting his fifth child. Post-birth coverage in September 2025 identified the baby as Eva Victoria and reported five children in total.
