Casa Dragones announced 200 Copas by Casa Dragones on September 25, 2025: a Cristalino tequila developed with Colombian singer Karol G and inspired by her song of the same name. The brand calls it its first Cristalino expression. It said the tequila would begin rolling out to select retailers in Mexico and the United States on October 1, 2025, but that schedule does not establish where it is in stock today.
What is 200 Copas by Casa Dragones?
It is a tequila made in collaboration with Karol G, whose multiplatinum song “200 Copas” inspired the project. Casa Dragones described the work as a three-year development process in an October 1, 2025 account of the launch. The product is a Cristalino, and Casa Dragones identified it as the first expression of that kind in its range.
“I want people to feel exactly what I felt when I first tasted Bertha’s tequila [Casa Dragones] — a connection to their own emotions, something magical,” Karol G said, in an English-language quote reproduced on Casa Dragones’ press page from a Rolling Stone interview. Casa Dragones press page.
How is it made, and how does Casa Dragones describe the taste?
According to Casa Dragones’ US product page, 200 Copas is made with 100% blue agave, aged for more than 12 months in custom American oak barrels, then filtered to produce a clear body. The brand’s product page describes notes of oak, honey, and sweet roasted agave. Its Paris debut report adds citrus, floral, almond, cooked agave, and plum, with a finish it characterizes as honey and spiced wood. These are Casa Dragones’ tasting notes, not independent review findings. The same event report says batches are made in quantities of no more than 500 cases at a time; that is a batch description, not a claim about total production or a lifetime limit. When and where did it launch?
The launch release was issued September 25, 2025, and said the first toast would take place at Crazy Horse in Paris. Casa Dragones later reported that the tequila debuted there that day during Karol G’s four-night residency. The release announced a rollout to select retailers in Mexico and the United States beginning October 1, 2025, and an additional launch planned for Colombia in 2026. Packaging and serving
Casa Dragones describes a midnight-blue presentation tied to the song. The company says Karol G’s “200 Copas” tattoo is engraved on the bottle and lyrics are concealed inside the case. Its product page suggests serving the tequila neat or on the rocks. The page’s images also show a Riedel glass and a mini martini, but imagery alone does not establish that either is an exclusive or required serving option.

The launch announcement named select retailers in Mexico and the United States for its October 2025 rollout and said a Colombia launch was planned for 2026. Neither statement verifies current inventory, retailer participation, or price. Check a retailer directly for availability and current pricing; the sources cited here do not establish either.
