When was chapter 16 released?
The official Naruto/Boruto site posted the preview on November 18, 2024, and said chapter 16 would appear in V Jump’s January super-sized issue on November 21, 2024. Those are historical dates: chapter 16 was scheduled to appear then, rather than being an upcoming release now. The official English notice says dates and times are given in Japan Standard Time (UTC+9) unless otherwise stated.

Where can readers find the chapter in collected form?
The official franchise catalog lists Boruto: Two Blue Vortex volume 2 as covering chapters 5–8. That confirms the series is available in collected manga volumes, but it does not identify which volume contains chapter 16. Check the chapter range of a specific edition before buying if you want to read this chapter in print.
