She alleges assault and breaches of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). The demand is not a court award, and the reporting available does not establish that either party’s allegations have been proved. Complex reported the filing and its claims.
What is the $20 million lawsuit about?
White’s filing is a cross-complaint in a dispute that began with Hector’s 2024 lawsuit. A cross-complaint is a claim brought by a defendant against another party in an existing case. White reportedly seeks at least $20 million, alleging that Hector assaulted her and violated an NDA. That figure is the amount she is seeking, not damages awarded by a judge.

Complex reported that White’s cross-complaint alleges four NDA violations. The reported examples include references in songs, an appearance on Tasha K’s show, and merchandise using both parties’ names. According to the same report, the agreement set a $5 million penalty per violation. Those are claims and terms as reported from White’s filing; the reporting does not establish that a court has found violations or ordered payment.

White’s account
Complex reported that White admitted striking Hector on one occasion but characterized it as self-defense, alleging that he had hit her. Her legal team described the contact as “a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense performed solely to prevent further injury to herself,” as quoted by Complex. That is her team’s characterization, not a court finding.

White’s cross-complaint also alleges that Hector breached the NDA. Her claims about the alleged violations and any contractual penalty remain allegations unless established in court.
Hector’s account
Hector’s 2024 lawsuit reportedly alleged that White attacked him while he was asleep in September 2021. The Los Angeles Times reported that the complaint included claims for civil assault, civil battery, emotional distress, and premises liability. These are allegations in Hector’s suit, not established findings. Hector’s attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck, told the Times: “The right to be free from domestic violence is not limited to women.”

After White filed her cross-complaint, Complex quoted Schenck describing it as “a frivolous pleading filed with the sole purpose of deflecting attention from her violence toward Twin Hector.” He prefaced the characterization with “In our opinion.” It is the attorney’s advocacy, not a ruling on the claims.
How did the dispute develop?
- August 2020–March 2023: The Los Angeles Times reported that White and Hector dated during this period. The newspaper published a correction on October 2, 2024, after an earlier version misstated the relationship’s start year.
- September 2021: Hector’s later complaint reportedly alleged that White attacked him while he was asleep.
- September 2024: Hector filed suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, according to the Los Angeles Times, seeking more than $10 million.
- January 2026: Complex reported a separate allegation by White that Hector choked and spat on her during an argument in March 2023. Hector denied that allegation through his attorney, according to the report. The available reporting does not establish that this episode is part of the March cross-complaint.
- March 27, 2026: White filed the cross-complaint seeking at least $20 million, according to Complex.
