There is no public indication that Chris Rock and Lake Bell are still together. They were linked in 2022, but the available reports do not establish when or how that connection ended, and neither has publicly confirmed its status. In April 2026, coverage also described Rock kissing Simone Henault during a New York outing; that sighting is not confirmation that they are a couple.
What was reported about Rock and Bell?
In July 2022, HollywoodLife reported that Rock and Bell had been seeing each other for a couple of months, citing an unnamed source. Neither person directly confirmed the relationship in that account, so it is best described as a reported link rather than a publicly confirmed romance.

In April 2026, E! News described Bell as the person Rock had last been romantically connected to, back in 2022. That wording indicates the connection was in the past by the time of the report, but it does not say when or how it ended.
What does the 2026 report about Simone Henault establish?
An AOL article republishing PEOPLE reporting said Rock was photographed kissing Simone Henault in Manhattan on March 31, 2026. It also reported that Rock’s representative had not immediately responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment. A public sighting can describe what was photographed; on its own, it does not confirm that Rock and Henault are in a relationship.

What about Rock saying he was single?
Parade’s April 2026 retrospective reported that Rock said he was single in his March 2023 Netflix special, Selective Outrage. That is an account of an earlier statement, not a direct update on his relationship status in 2026 or a specific explanation of what happened with Bell.

The cited coverage does not include a direct breakup announcement from Rock or Bell. It establishes that they were linked in 2022 and that later coverage described Bell as Rock’s last reported romantic connection in that year. It does not establish a breakup date or explain how the connection ended.
