The picks below are an editorial selection of documented looks, not an official ranking.
Why Jade Cargill’s ring gear stands out
Cargill has said that fans influence some of her character-inspired gear choices, while she also listens to what they want to see. In a February 2023 interview with ComicBook.com, she put the appeal simply: “I love playing dress up and cosplay.”
That visual ambition has a practical side. Cargill has discussed the challenge of turning an image fans want into gear that works for wrestling, including the risk of wardrobe malfunctions. The strongest looks therefore do more than evoke a character: they have to function in the ring.
Her most memorable documented looks
1. Storm-inspired gear at the TBS Championship win
When Cargill won the AEW TBS Championship in January 2022, she wore gear inspired by Storm of the X-Men, according to ComicBook.com. It is an especially fitting career look because the comic-book reference accompanied a major championship milestone and echoed the larger-than-life persona she was building. The report identifies the inspiration; it does not detail the outfit’s construction.

2. She-Hulk at AEW All Out
At AEW All Out later in 2022, Cargill wore She-Hulk-inspired attire, the same ComicBook.com report notes. It extended her character-driven approach beyond one tribute: rather than relying on a single signature reference, she used a new pop-culture character for another high-profile appearance.
3. Thundercats-inspired gear at Full Gear
Cargill also wore Thundercats-inspired gear at AEW Full Gear in fall 2022. Alongside Storm and She-Hulk, the look shows the range of references documented in her AEW-era gear. The article’s shortlist is not a complete inventory of every outfit she wore.

4. Coordinated styling with Bianca Belair
In an August 2024 interview with TV Insider, Cargill described herself and Bianca Belair as fashion-minded collaborators. She said they work through shared topics and meet in the middle. Their styling could also change within a single show: the interviewer noted that they might have one look for a promo segment and another for a match.
This is a different kind of standout from the AEW cosplay references. The distinction is not a single named character, but the way two performers build a shared presentation while adapting it to the occasion. In that 2024 interview, Cargill said she did not make most of her own gear; her account of the collaboration is specific to that interview and should not be taken as a statement about her current process.

5. The Valentine’s Day SmackDown outfit she called her favorite
Cargill’s clearest personal choice is the Valentine’s-themed look she wore on the February 13, 2026 episode of SmackDown. In a May 2026 interview with Fightful, she called it her “favorite” WWE look so far. That wording matters: she named it her favorite among her WWE looks at the time, not the best outfit of her entire career.
She described a collaborative process that started with a theme and developed through hair, makeup, and gear. For the Valentine’s idea, she wanted something distinctive rather than simply covering the outfit in hearts. It is the strongest lead pick for a personal ranking because the preference came directly from Cargill, while the AEW looks remain compelling for their character references and career context.

From AEW character references to WWE presentation
Cargill signed with WWE in September 2023. WWE’s official profile describes her as having a superhero-like look and reports that the signing announcement received more than 20 million social-media views. That is WWE’s figure for the announcement—not an independent audience measurement and not a view count for any particular outfit.
Across the documented examples, the through-line is transformation. The AEW looks used recognizable character inspirations; the Belair collaboration introduced a shared, occasion-specific presentation; and the Valentine’s outfit began with a theme that Cargill helped shape. Taken together, they show why her best looks are memorable as more than costumes: each connects visual identity to a particular moment or performance.
