Beetlejuice’s “Hot Ones” moment is a promotional parody called “Not Ones,” not an episode of the real interview series. In the clip, Michael Keaton interviews his Beetlejuice character as he eats ribs and tries sauces labeled with names from Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, with a “Skullville” meter standing in for Hot Ones’ heat scale.
What happens in the “Not Ones” parody?
The setup borrows the format of Hot Ones: an interviewer asks questions while a guest eats increasingly spicy food. Here, Keaton asks questions as Beetlejuice, his character in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, takes on ribs and hot sauce. The promo’s “Skullville” meter is a playful twist on the show’s Scoville heat meter.

Entertainment coverage of the clip reproduces Beetlejuice saying, “How long is this gonna take? I gotta get to the spa.” The line is attributed to the character in the video.
Were the character-labeled sauces sold?
The promo shows bottles labeled with references to characters from the film, but available reporting does not establish that these were retail products. They should be treated as props or promotional items shown in the clip, not as sauces confirmed for sale.

Can you recreate the hot-sauce challenge?
HEATONIST sells Hot Ones sauces and multi-sauce sets, which offer a real-world way to try a similar progression of flavors and heat. They are not confirmed to be the bottles used in the Beetlejuice promo, nor are they presented as an official tie-in.
