Según la transcripción de su historia de Instagram publicada por People en Español el 25 de julio de 2025, Contreras escribió: «Dos meses postparto, 2 semanas de volver a cargar poco peso, ayuno intermitente y hoy en la mañana se asomaron a saludar junto con unas ojeras».
La nota situó la selfie aproximadamente dos meses después del nacimiento de Aria. La frase sobre dos semanas de vuelta a cargar poco peso y la mención del ayuno corresponden a lo que Contreras dijo en esa publicación, no a una medición independiente ni a una recomendación de salud.
El mensaje de paciencia y empatía
Contreras también escribió: «Ahí vamos con paciencia (que no es mi fuerte) y mucha empatía, ahí vamos. Definitivamente el músculo tiene memoria». Ese tono importa: la imagen no establece un plazo esperado para recuperarse ni una meta que otras personas deban alcanzar.
