Eva Longoria and José Bastón’s Beverly Hills estate was listed for about $23 million in 2023. Architectural Digest described a contemporary Spanish-style home of roughly 11,000 square feet, with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and extensive indoor and outdoor amenities. That figure was an asking price—not a confirmed sale price.
The estate at a glance
Architectural Digest’s March 2023 feature described the house as a contemporary Spanish-style estate on just under one-and-a-half acres. Mansion Global reported the lot as 1.42 acres. The home has an attached four-car garage and a layout that combines formal rooms with spaces designed for entertaining and recreation.
- Interior: About 11,000 square feet, eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, according to Architectural Digest.
- Outdoor grounds: A pool with a Baja shelf, cabana, astroturfed lawn, patios and a fenced paddle tennis court.
- Recreation and entertaining: A glass-walled indoor-outdoor gym, library, wine cellar, media room and separate prep kitchen.
What the asking price means
Architectural Digest reported the 2023 asking price as $22.9 million; Mansion Global gave the more precise figure of $22.888 million. These are two reports of the listing price, not evidence of what a buyer ultimately paid. Mansion Global also reported that Longoria and Bastón bought the property in 2017 for $13.5 million, citing PropertyShark records. The purchase figure and later asking price refer to different transactions and should not be read as a confirmed resale gain.

Inside the house
Entry, living spaces and library
The entry makes use of tall ceilings, oak floors and a double-height foyer lit by a circular skylight. A floating wood staircase connects the levels. The library has a fireplace and direct access to the backyard; Mansion Global identified it as a Taschen library.
Kitchen and dining
The main kitchen includes an island and an eat-in area, while a separate prep kitchen supports larger gatherings. Mansion Global also noted a formal dining room, double ovens and a breakfast nook. In an interview with Architectural Digest, Longoria called the kitchen her favorite room “because that’s where the heart of the home is,” while adding that she wished it were bigger.
Wine cellar and media room
The estate’s wine space is arranged for sitting and tasting. The media room has red velvet curtains and a charcoal bouclé sectional, details that give it a more intimate feel than the bright, open foyer.
Primary suite
The primary suite includes a large walk-in closet and a stone-clad bathroom. Its features include a windowed soaking tub and a separate glass shower.

In November 2024, El País reported that Longoria had put her Beverly Hills home up for sale again while spending much of her time in Mexico and Spain. That report does not establish whether the property subsequently sold or who owns it now. The later listing report should therefore be kept separate from the 2023 asking-price coverage.
