What was in Cotton On’s Olivia Rodrigo collection?
PerthNow reported on 13 September 2024 that Cotton On had launched a licensed collection inspired by Rodrigo. It included T-shirts and hoodies, alongside smaller accessories: keychains, necklaces, charm bracelets and a headscarf. The collection was presented as fan merchandise to wear around the Australian leg of the GUTS tour.
At launch, PerthNow reported a size range of 2XS to 2XL and prices starting at A$14.99 for a keychain and A$29.99 for a T-shirt. Those are September 2024 launch details, not confirmation of current prices, sizing or stock.
What prompted the “go wild” reaction?
The headline’s excitement referred to a fan video, rather than a reported sales surge. PerthNow said superfan Diana Beech’s TikTok haul of the collection had reached 190,000 views and hundreds of comments. The story quoted reactions such as “ITS ALL SO CUTEEEE!!! brb running to cotton on” and “Petition for Cotton On to be in charge of all fan girlie merch in Aus.” These were comments from social media users, not statements from Cotton On or Rodrigo.

The video and selected comments are evidence of online enthusiasm, but they do not establish how many items sold, whether pieces sold out, or how Australian fans as a whole felt. PerthNow did not give an exact comment count, and no sales total or representative survey was reported.
How the collection fits the 2024 tour moment
The collection arrived ahead of Rodrigo’s Australian GUTS World Tour dates. PerthNow’s story referred to four Melbourne shows beginning 9 October 2024 and four Sydney shows beginning 17 October 2024; those dates have passed. The official Olivia Rodrigo tour page currently lists no upcoming events, so the Cotton On launch is best understood as a piece of 2024 tour-era merchandise news, not a current tour announcement.

Are Olivia Rodrigo Cotton On items still available?
Cotton On Australia currently lists an Olivia Rodrigo Music Boxy Graphic Tee as official licensed merchandise. Its listing describes a gender-neutral boxy fit, cotton jersey and 30% regenerated cotton from pre-consumer waste in the product feature text. The page displayed A$39.99 when checked; pricing and stock can change.
A separate Cotton On Love Tree graphic tee listing describes a relaxed-fit, 100% cotton jersey crew-neck tee. A current listing for a tee does not show that every item from the 2024 collection—such as its accessories or hoodie—remains available. Check the retailer’s product page for current sizes and stock before buying.
