Chloe and North Melbourne footballer Toby Pink married in a private ceremony in early March 2025. Her response focused on how people talk about bodies, rather than repeating the insults. She said: “We need to educate our sons and daughters that we need to stop talking about people’s bodies. Talk about what their bodies can do, not what they look like.” PerthNow also reported that Toby believed men should call out such comments.
How did Chloe and Toby respond later?
They retook their wedding photographs
In November 2025, 7NEWS reported that Chloe and Toby had retaken their wedding photographs. Chloe said the original pictures had become associated in her mind with the article and negative comments. Podcast host Steph Claire Smith suggested doing a new shoot, according to that later report. This was a later development, not part of Chloe’s April 2025 interview.

In January 2026, PerthNow reported that Chloe planned to auction her wedding dress for Dolly’s Dream amid further harassment. In March 2026, PerthNow reported that she described ongoing online abuse, including comments connected to a social post about trying to conceive; the report also said Toby had sought support from North Melbourne and the AFL Players’ Association. These later reports describe developments after the original wedding-photo story.
