Why no exact breakdown is available
A net-worth calculation subtracts liabilities from assets. A public estimate cannot be confirmed without enough information about ownership percentages, business valuations, debt, taxes, cash, investments, real estate, and any estate or trust arrangements. The sources cited for the $450 million and $650 million figures do not provide that complete personal accounting.
